Hidden in the back of Hachidori Ramen Bar, Omakase by Kazu is an intimate, 8-seat sushi bar in a speakeasy-style setting, delivering an authentic Japanese omakase experience driven by tradition and quality ingredients. 

Tokyo native Sushi Chef Yoshikazu Ebina, known as “Kazu”, hosts two seatings a night at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. for his 15-course omakase dinner, starting at $160 per person. Chef Kazu provides every guest with a personalized dining experience, along with the exceptional hospitality the Hachidori team is known for.
